I am taking my daughter to Montreal then Quebec City on vacation.  She is 7 
and does not eat any seafood.  Does anyone know if there are supermarkets 
that sell gluten free food and restaurants that are gluten  free friendly.  On 
top of it she is also diabetic so does any one know if carbs are labeled on food 
over there so I can dose her correctly?.  Any help, thanks.  We are going by 
train.  Amtrak.
