Hi, I'm new to the list and this is my first attempt at a question.
It seems that Natural Flavors are in almost everything i.e. soup, flavored
yogurt, turkey, tomato paste/sauce, even cottage cheese.
My diet instruction materials say to avoid some natural flavorings but
most products in question have no number to call and check.
What are natural flavors made of, and which soups, tomato
sauce/pastes can be used?
