I heard from a lot of listmates that have had very nice experiences at Outback. A previous email listed their website for the location of the their GF menu. I would also like to encourage everyone to go to their website, www.outback.com,  and email them to let them know how much we appreciate their support. I wish their "Bloomin' Onion" was GF, but I guess we can't have everything. 

I ate their "Chocolate Thunder from Down Under" Saturday night for my birthday. DELICIOUS!! No reactions. It's a flourless brownie topped with ice cream and chocolate. I don't know of any other restaurants that offers such a treat for us. I wrote to the author of "Top Secret Recipes" and asked them to duplicate the recipe. Maybe we'll get that, too. (does anyone have a flourless brownie recipe?)
