I'm a frequent traveller and I'm constantly baffled by the airlines inability
to "get it right" . To make matters worse, my DH works for an airline services
company. This weekend he recieved a memo re special meals. In it was the most
wonderful description for a "GFML" that even ended with the idea of LABELING (
be still my heart) every dish. How could they go wrong? Well the problem is
that this is not what the catering dept actually uses- they use a summary that
just says no wheat, barley. rye or oats. DUH! I'm making a personal campaign
to send a copy of the complete description to all airlines that I travel on
and then try to confirm by telling them what to refer to when preparing my
meal - the main description, not the summary... AMY
