I rang the Master Foods company this week and they said that their
Master Foods Soy Sauce Traditional is gluten free.
I also found some rice paper spring roll wraps ( product of Vietnam)
that you soak in hot water and use for wrapping savoury items. This was
in an Asian food store. I noticed in the same store lots of GF items.
I address this to Aussies because I don't know whether others can get
the brands I mention.
This GF diet certainly changes cooking patterns.
