Does anybody have allergy to rice, rice flour, or any foods which contain
rice such as the GF Rice Dream non dairy dessert?    If so, what type
symptoms do you have?

I had a problem with my throat feeling like it was closing up and am
wondering if it is caused from eating foods with rice flour or rice in it.
I continued to eat all the same foods I had been eating and did not have the
problem.

After being off all rice for two weeks I have not had the problem.
I will summarize if I receive any info.
