Hi,
In Canada Cheez Whiz is gluten free.  You can call Kraft and ask for
their gluten free product list.  The list contains every product Kraft
makes and indicates if the product is gluten free, kosher, wheat free
etc.  The list says Cheez Whiz is okay.
There's also a product called Ingersoll cheese spread.  It looks like
cheez whiz but tastes way better.  And it's gf.
