Thank you to all of you who responded.  Here are the restaurants.

Tony Roma's: has many gf items.

PF Chang's: Chinese restaurant connected to Mayfair mall(corner of North Ave
and Mayfair/Hwy 100).   They have a
gf menu on site and they have gf soy sauce they will make a gf sauce upon
request.

McDonald's

Heinemann's Restaurant:   on Mayfair Road(just north of Mayfair mall) They
are good at addressing gluten free
concerns

Outback: located on South Moorland Road

The Health Hut:  health food store right on Bluemound Rd

Houlihan's: in the Brookfield Square mall

Saz's: on Hawley and State (about 15 minutes east of Moorland) - BBQ style
and very in tune with "gluten free" (all
of their sauces are gluten free)

Fuddruckers: some gluten free products

Tumbleweed: some gluten free products

East side of Milwaukee:
Tess's:  2499 Bartlett between Locust and North Ave. 964-8377.  GF items are
starred on the menu. (90% of menu is gf)

Coquette Cafe: in the Third Ward.

One person suggested a website for a guide for 50 national and regional
restaurants.  The website is www.goodhealthpublishing.com.
