I am a little bit paranoid about my weight as I think of that as a clue to
my health, and I check my weight every day. But my bathroom scale is flaky.
I can step on it four or five times in succession and get a variation as
much as 1.5 pounds. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced scale that does
not have this problem, preferably with a digital readout.

And can anyone suggest a good brand of GF energy/protein bar.
