What:      OK Celiac  Support Group Business Meeting
Date:      Tuesday,  February 13, 2007

Location:   Integris Baptist Hospital, Conference Room D

We will be discussing upcoming programs, Celiac Blood Screening,  Restaurant 
Outings, and other issues concerning our support  group.  Bring your own drink 
and a snack to  share with others, if you like.


The Food and Drug Administration  (FDA) is proposing to define the term 
"gluten-free" for voluntary use in the  labeling of foods. 
The FDA is considering allowing  food  products to be labeled GF if the level 
is below 20 ppm wheat, barley, rye. For  more information, visit:
