Mark wrote about Sylvan Border Farms dark bread mix and other products.
These are top notch and much more health flour combination than other
rice/tapioca,potato flour combinations.  I keep a sliced loaf of the dark
break in the freezer for a quick sandwich or breakfast toast. It takes like
dark rye. I know that Joan Wade, the owner, is extra careful about the
source of all of her ingredients, and they're very healthy for celiacs.
Joan has come to our group meetings and shared many of her goodies with us.
