Another listmember asked me to post this:

The Purple Iris in Buford, GA can 0 with a few days notice - do a gluten
free high tea.  She uses the Gluten Free Pantry mix as stuff as the base
for breads and cakes.

Sounds wonderful!!  It's about an hour from atlanta
