Hello,

In our household I have celiac and need a GF diet, (many years, not
having trouble with it anymore) and now my partner has been told by a
doctor to institute the South Beach diet phase 2. This is for strong
family history of diabetes, insulin resistance and PSOS. For those not
familiar with South Beach, it essentially means we are to eliminate
simple sugars and simple carbs from the house. Does anyone know if
Chebe bread would be ok for South Beach in small amounts? Chebe has
long been a staple for us! Any suggestions for GF whole grain
products that are tasty would be greatly appreciated! I will summarize.
