cinnamon often has flour in it.     I get mine in the form of cinnamon
sticks and grind it myself.    You can use a spice grinder, pepper mill,
or coffee mill.        Some spices have to be special ordered to get them
in unground form (turmeric, for example).       An added advantage:   you
get them MUCH fresher!   I had not realized how good some spices could be.
