I was surprised to see an article in a Dental Hygiene magazine about Celiac
sprue.  The mag. is called Access, August 2002. The article is very
informative especially for dentists and their hygienists. It explained
precautions that my doctor does not even take.  Its getting out
there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
