One clarification: The Outback Steakhouse in Springfield, MO is part of the 
chain.  The one in Branson is NOT part of the Outback chain (they can stilll 
accommodate celiac dietary needs, but there is not a GF menu as found at the 
chain Outbacks).

Also, Dixie Stampede will provide GF meals.  Call ahead and ask to speak to 
the chef when you make your reservations. They have a rodeo-type show while you 
are eating your meal.  It is supposed to be lots of fun.
