Starkist has had "Naturally Low Sodium - Low Fat" tuna out for many years.
Not all stores carry it. I can get chunk light for $1.29 and white for
$1.79. This is a case where the cheaper one is better for you, as it has
more fish oils, which many people do not get enough of. This is the only
canned tuna I'll eat, as even if the others are GF they have MSG, which I
see no reason to include in my diet.
