Once again I had a fantastic dinner at cafe arugula (954-785-7732) in
pompano beach Florida. Its just south of sample road on federal highway. The
owner/chef's sister has celiac and they will serve a feast of GF foods. I
had a Portobello mushroom grilled and topped like a pizza, grilled calamari
and shrimp with balsamic vinegar and pasta with a lamb bolognaise sauce.
After dinner the hostess came over with a plate of cookies, I declined (its
an automatic response)and she smiled and said " these are safe we made them
for you" it was a sugar type cookie with nuts and it was great.

Its the only place I can eat without having to worry or order "plain" foods.

The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. They are open Tuesday
thru Saturdays.
