Have you seen the GlutenFreeGrains.com <http://glutenfreegrains.com/>
website? This site is dedicated to whole grain nutrition and recipes for the
alternative grains - quinoa, amaranth, millet, and teff. There are newly
added recipes and how-to instructions for cooking the grains. I founded this
site to help other GF/CF people who wanted to learn about how to get more
nutrition into their diets without refined carbohydrates. All the recipes
are nutritionally analyzed as well so you can see how they might fit into
your diet.

 

With Oprah doing a meatless gluten free cleansing diet, the spotlight is on
these wonderful grains for their health benefits and high protein content.
