I've come to understand that many of us have problems with foods other than those containing
gluten due to the "leaky gut". I am wondering why though some foods are tolerated with
"leaky gut" and some are not. For example, I am fine with fruits and veggies but not nuts,
lot's of oils, soy, dairy, etc. So what makes broccoli OK and chocolate not???
