Am I the only celiac on this list who BUYS food rather than prepare it at home?
How do the rest of you get along spending so much of your day cooking and
thinking about food rather than an hour or two per week in a grocery or health
food store picking up stuff that microwaves or boils? I find the couple of
hours quite adequate and almost never get sick, despite the fact that I do react
VERY quickly to small amounts of hidden gluten. And I often eat out.

Again, does anyone else out there live like this? Can we share some tips?
