Mustard flour is a powder made from pure ground mustard seed and it is
gluten-free.

Prepared mustard flour is a powder made of ground mustard seed, sugar, salt
and spices. Some brands may also contain wheat flour or wheat starch, which

Prepared mustard (what you put on hamburger and hot dogs!) contains
