Hi, list!
I'll be doing free talks next week at Wild Oats stores in Tennessee and
Florida.  They're kid-friendly and fun -- I talk about the
gluten-sensitivity spectrum, celiac disease, Q&A -- then do a cooking demo
(lasagna) -- and a store tour of their GF products.  Both of my books will
be available, and if you have a copy you'd like to have signed, bring it!

The times are all 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.  Dates/locations are:
12/6/04:  Nashville, TN
12/7/04:  Franklin, TN
12/8/04:  Pinecrest, FL

You may want to call the store to let them know you'll be there.  Turnout is
usually exceptional, and we like to make sure there are enough chairs!
