In response to the question re: shampoos & lotions, I haven't noticed
reactions to shampoos and lotions as such, but I have with soap.

I am not a celiac, but I have strong intolerances to wheat and corn,
which cause diahorrea, migraine headaches and chronic fatigue
symptoms.
I bought a cake of soap with wheatgerm in it, thinking that
although wheat affects my gut, it shouldn't have an effect on my
skin. Wrong! After 3-4 days, I had developed pimpley-like sores
on my skin which were very itchy and painful. I am now very careful
to read the ingredients of soap.
Jo-Anne :)
