Today I received an e-mail from Amazon telling me about the top GF best
sellers at Amazon. Out of curiosity I clicked on it and clicked on the
arrow to show more items. Number 10 was a surprise, and a cold noodle
packet that I had never heard of. I clicked on it to get more information
and scrolled down to the ingredients list.

The first ingredient listed is wheat!!! Who determines what is GF at
Amazon? How could they list this as the #10 best seller for GF?

Not knowing what else to do, I wrote a review, and had to reluctantly give
it a star to make it process. Evidently 0 stars are not acceptable.

Always be careful what you order on-line, and don't trust Amazon to know
what is Gluten Free.
