Thanks to everyone who responded.  There is a great website
http://www.southernarizonaceliacsupport.org
It lists g-f  friendly restaurants and even a map that shows where they are
located.
Just about everyone recommended Picazzo Pizza, so we will definitely be
heading there.
Also there are good gluten-free options at Whole Foods and Sunflower
Markets.
Fries at In & Out Burger also were recommended.
