Here is a summary of my recent question regarding colitis, who has it, and
what to do for it. Thanks to all who responded.
Here are recommendations: avoid stress, avoid dairy, avoid Tums, Go on
Paleolithic diet, try elimination diet, try Pepto Bismol, one poster read
where a doctor stated that people with CD can't have irritable bowels.
Thanks to the poster who gave me a very long post with a variety of diets.
It was also stated that there is colitis group on the web somewhere. I
have the information, if anyone is interested. Thanks. Karen from Central
NY, USA
