Hello, Listmates!
  Has anyone found a good enzyme supplement that is GF?  Also, does anyone
have  digestive difficulty with the supplements even though they are GF?  I
did find a  supplement called Absorb-Aid by Nature Sources (over the phone, so
I am guessing at the spelling), and the company said it is GF. (
800-827-7656). Any experience with this?
   Secondly, do any of you have a gf source for a vitamin E supplement? I know
they are most often made from wheat.
