Hello Gluten-Free Bakers!

I'm pleased to announce that Everything But the Kitchen Sink in Hockessin,
DE will be hosting their 1st-ever gluten-free baking class!

On May 15th from 6:00-8:30 I'll be presenting "Gluten-Free Baking 101". Come
and learn the basics of gluten-free baking, how to stock a gluten-free
kitchen, and prepare easy recipes. Of course, there will be plenty goodies
to try!

Seating for this class is limited. Call 1-800-731-7066 to sign up. Class fee
is $35.00 and includes an extensive recipe packet. (Hockessin, DE is about
an hour drive from the greater Philadelphia area.)
