There are many grain mills out there and most are very good.  The important
thing -   if you are grinding rice which has a high oil content you must not
use the kind of grinders with stone blades.  The oil will gum them up and they
won't work.  You need steel blades.  I know Bosch and K-Tech make good
grinders.  The price range varies, about $250, I think.
