I have used this recipe on numerous occasions and no one even knows it's not
made with flour.

one (1) stick butter
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, broken up
one and one third (1 1/3) cups sugar
three (3) large eggs
one and one half (1 1/2) teaspoons vanilla extract
three quarters (3/4) cup corn starch

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with
foil.
2. With rubber spatula stir butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat
until melted and smooth. Off heat, whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. Stir corn starch into batter with rubber spatula just until blended.
Spread batter in lined pan.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness at 25 minutes by inserting a
toothpick near the center of the brownies. It should come out with moist
little crumbs clinging to it. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. To remove
brownies from pan, lift by ends of foil. Cut in squares.

I hope you enjoy this recipe, too.
