Our support group had the good fortune to have John from Tracey's Treats
visit us tonight with samples of his bread and cinnamon rolls. He came all the
way from Butler, PA to visit us in Mansfield, OH., which was a good 2-1/2
hr. drive for him. And for us, it was worth his trip.

If you are looking for a great bread and have tried all the rest, now you
can try his. If you are local to the Butler, PA., area, visit his website at
_www.traceystreats.com_ (http://www.traceystreats.com) and see where you can
purchase his bread mixes and frozen dough.

His bread has such a light and airy texture, felt stretchy like real bread,
and smelled like real bread. As he passed around a single slice to us to
handle, he was lucky it didn't get gobbled up by the first person getting it.
He also uses this bread mix to make pizza crust.

In addition to bread, he had an awesome muffin mix. He brought samples of
blueberry muffins. They were terrific....so much so that I would be afraid I
would eat every single one as soon as I baked them. It is a basic muffin mix
and you add the fruit you want to it.

He also brought along cinnamon rolls. Nice sticky, cinnamon rolls that
smelled like heaven and tasted even better. Reminded me of mornings when we
could enjoy those prior to having CD.

Again, our thanks go to John for taking the time to come all this way. If
any of you haven't tasted his breads, you GOTTA give it a whirl.

For me, I now have two favorite breads that are out there. For the rest of
you, here is your chance to find one for yourself!
