I had several questions regarding the "Mona's Mix" in my oatmeal cookie 
recipe.  I am referring to Mona's Multi Mix which is a flour mix that has 
organic brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, 
potato starch and xantham gum.  It is availble at www.madebymona.com.  I 
have been using this mix for several years and highly recommend this mix 
and Mona's other products.  I especially like it because of the variety of 
flours and becuase the xantham gum is already included in the mix which 
makes it very convenient to store and use.  I originally found out about 
her products from the Philadelphia Celiac Support Group.
