Hi,

sorry about the late summary on this. I have not been
successful getting summaries to post (they come out
too long using my yahoo account, somehow). But this
one is really short, and should post!

Only three replies:

I have taken this medication with no side-effects, and
I am a SUPER SENSITIVE Celiac patient! I only quit,
because it had no decongestant.

Just wanted to let you know that last year at this
time I took a claritan reditab under the tongue and
then had to call the paramedics!! I could not
breathe, or so it felt! I am 40 yrs old and in good
health, so I could not figure it out. Later, a
pharmacist told me a side effect of the tabs is
bronchial spasms, so apparently when you're
experiencing such a spasm, it is difficult to breathe.

I have allegra on the kitchen table but hesitate to
take it after that other experience.

My seasonal allergies are fairly severe, so please let
me know if you find something good. I avoid gluten,
corn and dairy.

Good luck!

Kathy
Sorry, Kathy, nothing came up.

re: mannitol

My dietician recommended that I stay away from all the
ingredients/chemicals that end with a "...ol" such
as sorbitol. Two reasons: they are large
moleucles which can cause GI problems, and they will
cause autoimmune reactions if they permeate a leaky
gut.

thanks, everyone,
Jody
