I just got back from Iowa (corn country) and was told that there is a company
there that produces corn gluten. It is used as an emulsifier, filler, etc.
I have never heard of corn gluten. Would this do the same damage as gluten
derived from wheat, rye, oats and barley?

Would appreciate any info,
Lori in Nashville
