The butter cream icing appears to be gluten free. One person cautioned the
icing sugar. Manufacturers may add flour to it to keep it from sticking.
Crisco is GF. Someone cautioned the vanilla, be sure it is gluten free. Many
people said they have used the recipe and love it! Enjoy!!
