Kemp-

In your posting about cheddar cheese and standard labelling, you mentioned
"lactose-like" as opposed to "gluten-like" reactions to food.  Could you
explain the difference?  I am both lactose and gluten intolerant, and your
sense of the difference between the two reactions would help me to make
some sense from my food world.
