Hello ListMates,

My Amazon store, Carla's Gluten Free Online Store, donates 50% of all proceeds to Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Celiac Research and Treatment. It is headed by the famous Dr. Alfonso Fasano. 

I carry gluten-free food and ingredients which I have verified to be gluten-free as well as kitchen appliances, gluten-free cookbooks and books.
