Hello again List!  My doctor has just suggested I take one of the above. I
know that I am a likely candidate for osteoporosis and I just had a bone
density test.  I have been on Miacalcin and it apparently isn't doing the
trick.  Also take calcium supplement.  Anyway, I am very prone to diarrhea
and I know that is a potential side effect from Foxamax which makes me
reluctant to indulge.  Has anyone had any problems or success with either of
Fosamax or Actinol.  I will wait until I hear from you all before I get back
to the Dr.  Thanks in advance for your help.  Barb
