Ingrid Gordon asked about g-f waffles. Bette Hagman's first book has great
breakfast recipes including waffles. These are as good as any made from
wheat. If there are any leftover, I freeze them and then toast them, but
there are seldom many to save because they are so fabulous. Waffles for
Sunday breakfast are such a treat. No one knows that they are g-f.

By the way, there's a great restaurant in Berkeley, Rick and Ann's which
has rice flour blueberry pancakes on their regular menu. It's so nice to go
out for a meal and have something other than scrambled eggs to order! These
are truly wonderful.
