I received several response in regards to my post for
GF friendly restaurants in the above cities. Here is
the summary:

Asheville, NC
One reader said there is a good Indian Restaurant on
Lexington
Outback
Inn at Biltmore Estates one person mentioned they were
flexible
I contacted the group leader at www.ashevillegig.net
who sent me a list of restaurants and they include (I
am not listing the chain restaurants):
Flying Frog Cafe
Chef in Motion
Athens Pizza
Laughing Seed Cafe (vegetarian)
Belaggio Bistro
Old Europe Coffee House
Bouchon
Charlotte Street Grill
Doc Chey's Noodle House
China Place Restaurant South
Jae Restaurant (Thai)

Lexington, KY:
No one responded but from my own research I found
there is a Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, El Chico,
Outback, Ted's Montana Grill

Indianapolis, IN:
Adobo Grill, Buca Di Beppo, Cheeseburger in
Paradise,Greek Islands, Maggiano's, Noodles & Company,
Outback, PF Chang's, Ruth's Chris,Ted's Montana Grill

Please use your own research skills and fact finding
to ensure these restaurants are still in fact able to
provide a GF meal.

Amy
