Gluten-Free/Wheat-Free Guided Group Shopping Tours & Food Tasting
(Boston, MA)

 

Join Melinda Dennis, celiac dietitian, for a fun and informative
gluten-free, wheat-free group food shopping tour. Take the anxiety away
from those first few visits to the grocery store after a diagnosis of
celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Aisle by aisle, Melinda will lead
you to the many special diet foods available and teach you the
intricacies of hidden gluten and the new allergen food labels for 2006.
Please bring your questions. The event will end with an assortment of
gluten-free samples care of the store.

eating out.  We'll sample crackers, dips, breads, bars, and more. Q & A
