Vicky and fellow List members,

The Gluten Free Pantry (800) 291-8386 has something called Perfect Pie
Crust.  It truly is.  It is very easy to make and I have even successfully
substituted dairy free margarine (Shedd's Willow Run) for the butter and
shortening, and Ener-G Egg Replacer for the egg.  It is definitely worth a
try.
