Just came back from a trip in Asia. I flew with Cathay Pacific and
ordered in advance Gluten Free meals The meals just tasted wonderfully,
with even fresh gluten free bread (which was a real pleasure to eat!!)
Besides they took care to have everything dairy free (which is often a
supplementary problem for celiac) and, not too bad, I was also served
before all other guests, to prevent any cross-contamination!  A great
praise for Cathay Pacific!!
