Hi,
Quite a few members wrote to me asking for the company's name. Sorry I
forgot to include this in my original post. It is Sushi Chef vinegars,
made by Baycliff Company.

My original post:

"Hi all,
As promised, here is the response of the one company that responded to
me
so far. If you remember, I'm investigating about the GF status of rice
vinegars. (rice vinegar is not distilled but brewed, and I have heard
that some non GF mash could be added)
I have the impression (just this, my impression) that rice vinegars made
in USA could be more prone to be GF than the ones made in Asia.

"Dear Mireille,

Our Sushi Chef Rice Vinegar is gluten free. I cannot speak for other
brands. Other products of ours that are gluten free include Sushi
Vinegar, Mirin, Sesame Oil, Nori, Shiitake Mushrooms, Wasabi Ppwder,
Pickled Ginger, Short Grain Rice, and sesame seeds. I have attached a
product list for your consideration.

Best regards,

Alan Johnson"
