Hi,

Does anyone know if Kroger brand spices (for instance cinnamon) is
gluten free?  What about their private selection label?  I bought the
nutmeg.  Also, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for
using a vanilla extract.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
