Have any of you used a test kit that allows you to test for the presence of gluten in prepared foods? I've been looking online and found EZ Gluten and GlutenTox. Just had a severe gluten accident at a restaurant here where they assured me it was gluten free. Am home from the hospital now and want to find a test kit I can purchase to test the food I was eating since I didn't eat it all.

Would love to hear your feedback! I'll summarize the replies.

Thank you so much, group!
