I am hoping for a quick reply on status of gf cream cheeses and sour cream so
that I can indulge on some yummy noodle pudding this Saturday for the
holiday, made gf style. I am interested in knowing any suggested brands but
am also wondering if anyone knows the status of Phialdelphia cream cheese and
friendship sour cream (which was listed on the 1996 product listing)

In advance thanks, here's my mom's special recipe which can easily be adapted
using rice based spaghetti & gf butter, cream cheese & sour cream- enjoy :)

1 lb cooked rice spaghetti
6 eggs
12oz gf hard cream cheese
1 pint gf sour cream

2 bars gf butter
1/2 cup gluten free corn flake crumbs

Mix 4 tbsp butter & 4 tbsp sugar with corn flakes. Beat sugar and eggs
together. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour spaghetti into 9x13" casserole
dish. Pour mixture over noodles. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake for 25
