Hi All,

In the local health food store I happened across a Health Valley product
"Rice Bran Crackers".  They are wheat free and gluten free crackers,
tasting something like graham crackers/animal crackers.  They are low
in fat (Health Valley is famous for that) than the "leading brand".

The cost was $1.29 (on sale from $2.19) for 7 ounces.  They are possibly
good enough to crush and make a pie crust (instead of graham crackers).
Certainly a lot cheaper than some of the GF cookies that I have seen.
