Someone recently made the remark that he had obtained "water-based"
versions of vitamins A, D, E, and K. In shopping around, I'm not able
to find any that are water-based. The two big choices appear to be
a "dry" base or an "oil" base. If someone know of "water-based"
vitamins, please pass on some specific brands.

Aside from the fact that the dry variety of certain vitamins like E
may avoid wheat germ oil as a base, do dry vitamins metabolize any
quicker or differently than the oil-based kind?
